It helps you sleep and rest and it relieves headaches and migraines. It also soothes sore eyes and it is refreshing and energizing and great during Savasana. 

This eye pillow is made by women in a workshop in Yeumbeul, Senegal. 

Outer linen cover can be removed and washed.
